Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Policy

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification that must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where trekdxyz may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Repeat Infringers

trekdxyz reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
